Default Confused on projector/hid install.

I found these headlights online and I want to put HIDs in them. Only question I have is what about the projector part? Do I just put the HID hi/low beam kit in them. I'm not exactly sure which is high or low and what kit I should get. I'm thinking if I need the hi/lo kit from DDM but not sure enough to go ahead and purchase.

Sorry if this has been addressed before, it's just that I've been looking all over the forum for advice on these HIDs and haven't found anything answering my question.

the projector part is for the turn signal. people have test fitted brighter bulbs in there (HID or higher watt halogen), and their beam pattern is absolutely terrible.

Turn signal? I don't have a turn signal there currently, remember it's third gen. Maybe it's something I don't know.

The projector is basically a Fog light, you could put a HID setup in there if you wanted too I guess
