well i called some shops in fresno and monster tint said they could do a 3 windows for 100 bucks and they would be using Llumar window film. then i called clovis tint and they quoted me 120 bucks and they would be using johnson window film, but they had 3M window film and said it would be 180 bucks. which one should i get

I tint myself, and I love Johnson's Films. As far as performance goes, you won't see much difference between the Johnson and the 3M, and to be honest, Llumar isn't that bad either, I would go with the Johnson though for $20 extra.

Jeez. Prices seem kinda high to me, I got quoted $50 for the front 2 windows, and $130 to get my entire truck done (ext. Cab with the sliding rear window) dome with 3m film. Im just getting the front 2 done in 20% to match the other windows. Mite go darker with the back later depending how I like it
