Default body lift bumper relocation questions?!

ive really been debating lately that whether next time i needs tires, i should get a body lift too, or to jus crank the torsion bars and try to squeeze bigger tires underneath it, id try to fit 285/75/16's uder it(do you think that would fit?).
with the bl,i think the biggest problem i feel id face would be relocating the bumpers... do they sell kits for that? and i also have a brush guard, is there any way to lift that higher too seeing how its attachd to the frame? thx for the help :]
