Default Aiming Headlights?

Anyone know how to dothis. Driving at night I have a terrible time seeing and they are way too low i need to angle them up but dk how far up to go or where the adjusting screws are

if its teh same as my 94 the screws are hidden under an asses panel on the top the headlights under the hood.

Ok i just did it and they are really low. my trucks sittin at 25 ft now but i cant find the adjuster screw at all f anyone can take a pic for me that woruld be really apprecated i need it for a 98-00 thanks

if its the screws on the back of the headlight how are you supposed to screw those theres like a metal clip and a plastic piece and they dont turn and i cant get the metal piece off
