wondering if my ranger would look good with 2-3" coil spacer and 1" wheel spacers to give it a meaner stance?

I would suggest NOT taking chances on
Wheel spacers,it's a hassle up torque them down
Every couple months.you might forget and ...

I don't run wheel spacers, but I do have coil spacers installed.
And I can run 33s no problem!

Coil Spacers are a mistake I put some on mine and my ride was stiff as hell not to mention my turn radius got all F**ked up. If you want your truck higher in the front the best way to go is getting bigger coilover springs.

I've used wheel spacers before, just if you do def make sure you don't get more than 1" and get the good ones that attach to your studs and have they're own, NOT the ones you'd find at advance or napa. also i've heard it does kinda affect the durability of your front suspension with ifs, so you could run them fine, but might want to get some beefier ball joints and such when your stock ones need replacing to be safe.
