its pretty easy. it would be tough with one person. 2 would be better. 3 is ideal. look under the font of your truck and you will see 4 nuts (17mm iirc) loosen them just about a turn untill you wan move the bumper. one guy lays under the truck ready to tighten the bolts while 2 guys hold it up in place. once its where you want it tighten the nuts and its dont. i wish i could get mine completely gapless. it would look so much cleaner.
