Default dual exhaust

I have searched this with not much luck anyway I have an 07 ranger fx4 lvl 2 and I was wondering anyone put true dual exhaust / dual exhaust on there ranger and have pic's I was thinking of replacing my flow 40 with two cherry bomb glass packs or even taking the dual tail pipes off and putting them right on the flow 40, the 40 is dual out but when I went to crappy tire the guy there told me why would you want to do that you'll make it quieter not louder

well, if you want to run tru duals for sound you wont get it. There just is not enough room down there to run 2 pipes that are big enough to make it sound good. Max size is going to be like 1.5" and that will make it raspy and poppy sounding. Your best bet is to come off the Y-pipe with a 3" into your flowmaster, then do as you wish after that

cut it off strait pipe it. one pipe with a "Y" pipe for dual tips sounds great ive ran it for a while sounds great for a V6. not to mention cheaper. but thats my two cents.

FAIL! hahahah, dude, you have got to loose the 1.5" pipe. Look up in the exhaust video thread and scan thru there, take a listen to my exhaust and see if you like that. You need bigger pipe on that dude. You have all 4 cats on it...?
