Default new taillights
what to get some new taillights for my 94' and was wondering what years will work? and if there is any modding needed to use newer ones?

-Cobra 29LTD CB
-Custom rear bumper, Aftermarket front.
-Mustang dome light

Any years will work. I believe you have the two bulb set up if im not mistaken. If you go up to the newer ones you will have to convert to the 3 bulb set up.

All years from 1993 to 2011 will physicly fit but in 1999 or 2000 they switched from the 3 color tails to the 2 color so you would have to convert to a 2 bulb setup if you went with tails newer than 1999-2000.

Your 94 has a 3 bulb setup that is the same all the way up to 2000 Rangers
From 2001-2011 they switched to a 2 bulb tail light and you will have to do a conversion
To best use the newer tail lights

I have a 97 (3 bulb) and my buddy gave me his 06+ tails (2 bulb) so i just made a template and cut the third hole out on the bottom. You have to switch your reverse and turn signal bulb holdwmer things though too. I think its worth it. And its totally reverse able (except the extra hole in the tail light) but chances are if i want/have to change them i wont care about the housings. Sorry for the long post!
