You could probably build one out of conduit. It's pretty cheap and hand benders are easy to find.

It's thin wall galvanized metal tubing for running electrical wires. They sell hand benders so you can bend it without a machine. There's a lot of vids on you tube. This one is long but you can get an idea.

Hand benders are cheap (around 30 bucks) but they are only good up to 3/4 inch

If you know an electrician you could probably borrow one, and conduit is cheap. I have 2 at work.
