Default Step Bars

Hi there!

Does anyone knows if the step bars change during the years?
I saw ones on eBay that came from a 10' extended cab ranger and i want
to know if they will fit on my 01.

Thanks!

I believe the only thing that changed on the step bars through the years are the style bars. There are oval shaped ones and the flat shaped ones. From what I have seen, the mounting brackets are the same for 01+, the shape of the steps are just different. If the bars are for extended/supercab they will match, standard cab bars stay on standard cab trucks and wont fit extended/supercabs.

Also a difference between 4 door extended cab & 2 door extended cab. The mounting brackets are different.
