im running Hawke LTS pads on my ranger. they are hands down the best pads ive ever had, 100% improvement over the OEM pads.

Wagnor thermoquiets ceramic. Ask Scott (dixie_boyles) about them. They are really good replacements and a great improvement over OEM.

Patricks pick are very good as well.
