the bracket is just a flat piece of metal I had laying around. Mounted the light brackets with 2 nuts (one below, on on top) so that I could adjust the height of them if need be. Just did a simple wiring harness connecting both power and ground cables to 1 main power and 1 main ground.... ran those down behind the bumper and spliced them into the wires for the fog lights behind the driver's side fog light. Ended up soldering, heat shrinking, and electrical taping all connections to make them as weatherproof as possible. It is still took about 2 hours to install because of measuring where to cut the holes in the grill... the electrical part took maybe 20 min.
how far they stick out from the grill:

they are 4 5/8" in diamter, so bit larger than the fogs, but about the same size as the parking/turn lights. They're also 35 watts so they are not as bright as some of the 55 watt aux. lights.

right now down the road (didn't want to blind anyone in front of me with them on), when it gets a little darker, I'm going to play around and make final adjustments.
I think I'll end up making like a 1/4" bezel of out something, as some cuts ended up being better than others, and to hide some of gaps between the grill and lights as seen in the pics above.
