ok so i found this person selling regular roll bars for $30. i think i can make them work. all i need is to weld on some of the angled pipe in the back, then fab up the removable bed brackets

drilled a hole in the back. conected the inner two together, and the outer two together. (2 switches) ran them both into that hole in the bar. really not hard at all. i used a guid wire to pull all of it thru the bar ran them down and out the bottm of the bar, removed that gromet at the cab of the truck and ran the wires along the frame and up.

Keep us posted on the bed mounts. Are you gonna frame mount the bed mounts or just bolt em to the bed floor?

Where did you find the cheap roll bars at? Im trying to find one that is wider than the outer width of my step bed so I can retain use of my tonneau.

why not just weld light tabs on a headache rack? keep your bedspace and look badass..

rollbars are useless, they look cool but take up too much space.
