third break light come with cargo lite?

OK as my title says do thay come with a cargo light option in the third break light and if so how would one get power up there Thur head liner?

No cargo light option from the factory after about 2003 but the white/red/white cargo/CHMSL assembly from prior years will probably fit the 2009. Easiest is to simply wire the cargos to the dome light as some Ford trucks have been over the years. Either that or add a dash switch to direct power to the cargos only when they are needed.

Or just wire up some white LEDS, under the bed lip (if they still have it) and then wire that to a switch in dash.

Also f250 and f350 3rd brake light will fit f150 wont

I have a f250 one on my truck

There are 2 different ones also one is rare

This is the rare one (middle one) off a 2008 super duty the red part is clearer

wow the pic there looks like there is more of a ark in the upper corners than mine.
the one on mine if i remember it is more square. i think i might be wrong but wife has truck ill check when she returns

That first one in the picture is a ranger one the middle and last ones are super duty ones

false. They'll bolt right up to any 93+ Ranger/B-series. The F250/350 in question is any 99+ third brake light. The cargo lights wont do crap on a 04+ truck being you havn't got the wiring to support them, but there's a how-to or this may be the how-to to make those cargos work on 04+ 2-wire third brakes.

The only difference between all these thirds, is the lense. Everything else is EXACT in terms of fit/finish/functionality.

IDK if you saw, but STL posted a pic of my truck with all the different thirds w/ cargos....I've got a 06+ SD third on mine and a good friend of mine has an 05+ SD on her '08 Ranger...functional too..
