Tailgate handle keeps breaking
Like the title says, i keep breaking my tailgate handle. I am sure there is some kind of adjustment that can be made, I just don't know where to make it. It always seems the passenger side latch sticks like crazy. This is the third handle I have had to install. Is there a stronger perhaps metal handle I can upgrade to?

Yes any 1993-1998 Metal handle will bolt right on. you can junk yard it or order a new one. choice of black or chrome.
remove that panel and lube all the parts even the striker at the ends of the gate. make sure you have it adjusted right you said its hanging up that threaded rod inside will adjust it in or out when opening.

How do i take my tail gate apart? It wont open up, I have to use a tool to open because when i pull the handle all the way my latches don't close up all the way so it wont open. Any ideas? Thanks
