painting over
any tips of painting a door that have been painted twice already? should i be ok just scuffing it, or i have to go to bare metal please advice TIA!

I really wouldn't go all the way down to bare metal. If you do you'll have to put a sealer on to protect the metal then primer and then paint. I would say scuff it down to the fist layer of paint if you know what color it was and then paint it from there.
