american cover makes a combination tonneau cover roll up and tool box that locks every few inches so if i position the box right next to the headache just a few inches away from the cab..it should work out

i would just not get a cover. esp since a headache rack is (really) for protecting the window on work trucks and etc. i think itll look stupid with a prissy cover and then a headache rack no offense because it is YOUR truck and no one's opinions matter

you can camp in the bed with a camper shell and a tonneau cover. but withthe tonneau cover is feels a lot like a coffin ( i know from experience).

Bakflip tonneau covers are flush with the bed rails allowing the racks to be set up and a hidden tool box.got a bakflip on my truck.pics are in album. i also have the full cap. cutomized a roof rack using aluminum Hat Tracks and angles.i use the cap in winter with bed slide and i use the tonneau cover in warm weather and put the bedslide in the trailer.check out pics

I'm not even voting 'cause I recommend a tonneau OR headache rack but I've yet to see that combo in a working setup.... hell... I had to create a set up for bed rails AND a tonneau and that was a PITA
