Default Opinions; Lights and grill

VERY rough photochop of my 2007 truck with headlight mod and T-Rex Aluminum Billet Grille Insert.

Is that how the grille will fit in? i never took off the stock grille. Any opinions, look good, look bad? I kinda like it. I was trying to make it look like this, I photoshopped someone elses truck on here and put the grille in.

I think it looks good. There is one here in Oregon that has the same grill and is painted like an Escalade and it is really nice. I saw it again yesterday and it is for sale. I'm afraid to ask how much because then I would want it and I don't need it.

thats what the billet grille would look like for yours. you would have to get a 04-05 surround unless the billet you are looking at says that it comes with a surround

Mine is a 04 however the only difference between 04 and 07 is the Corner lights which I changed and the Tail lights which I changed. also the interior is a tad different.

But to lift mine I did a 3" Body Lift and new Wheels and Tires

The "Shell"?

From what I gather, you can use your current grille shell (not referring to the large white piece the shell sits in), but the actually "edge" of your grille. However your have to cut the old grille out and mount the new grille. This is why I decided to just paint mine D:

Im sure you could just find an oem grille at the JY and modify it, or if your confident use your current one.

I could be wrong though, having never done it, though I had looked into it some time back.
