IMO I would give them an opportunity to fix it before you demand money back. Maybe ask for a manager to do the truck this time? If it's still wrong then get your money back but they should get a change to right their wrong.

Took it back yesterday, and they would only agree that the gap where the light is coming through is a problem... everything else was fine. Besides, "What was I worried about? It's a lifetime warranty."

I continued to insist that the front windows (computer cut) looked professional, and the back windows (hand cut) looked sloppy. The manger eventually offered to generate a computer template and re-do the back window if I could let them have the truck for a few hours, or if I wanted, I could have my money back. Since the front ones came out perfect, I'll let them re-do the back (next Tuesday).

I figure what happened was, they only allow 30 minutes to tint a car, and they didn't realize they had no pattern for my back window, so they ended up running late and rushed the back window because other customers were starting to get backed up. I would rather have been told, and just came back when they had more time to do a proper job.

shady man, if your buddy did it, I would let it slide, but you had it professionally done, it should be TITS!

The bubbles might go away, but the trimming and gaps, not cool.

----------

maybe you shoudl consider takeing the back window out, and have them do it right!

Sounds like you are getting this resolved. They should have been up front with you about the rear window issues.

thats good they are making good on it, but they should have been honest about running late on it, and not bullshitting on it in the first place... when i did my windows on my 06, i just would a tinted slider, and had the pros do the side windows

Tint job re-done yesterday. Nice job. The way it should have been the first time. Now.... what mods/upgrades to focus on next...
