Lit w/o brakes looks real nice, there about as bright as the stock with brakes on but lit w/ brakes, they are crazy bright, they light up my street at night, i mean with 30 leds in each tail light there nice, and as for pics ill post some better ones wen i get my camera and i agree i couldnt hardly find any aftermarket lights i liked until these ones, thank god ford hasn't changed a whole lot between rangers cuz these lights are for an 03 04 ranger

My led tails are for a 93-98, so I had to do a bit of wiring, but they look awesome! I want to see better pics of your tails, to compare.
