Default Wiper taking paint off

I just noticed my passenger side wiper is taking paint off by the hood and I tryied ajusting the wiper and it still ends up doing it. Any help is apreciated

me neither unless the assemble that attaches the wiper to the underside of the hood part is loose or broke.

yeah there is still quite a bit of clearance between the Wiper and the bottom of the windshield where it meets the hood. (?) i have no idea how that could occur.

I'm also Intregued. I can see where the rubber would hit the paint if the wiper was too low, but the metal "arm" hitting the hood?
and if one was to adjust the wiper arm, how could it possibly hit the paint on the hood?
