Hey guys, I've been wanting to put some D-rings on the front of my truck for a while now but I don't know how and where to mount them. I love the way they look and they would be a big help when dragging stuff around the property. I thought of just attaching them to the current OEM tow hooks but the they would be dangling and moving around and they wouldn't be parallel if you know what I mean. Theres a truck in my town that has some just like I want but he has them mounted to his snow plow mount when not in use. Is there any way I can put them on the front of the truck without them looking ridiculous?

get a front hitch and u can have one for sure...

u can also mount d rings but idk how

Eventually I will get a front hitch, but I was hoping to be able to mount some without one. How would you mount them with a front hitch? They all have the tow hooks already, so wouldn't it be the same as attaching the D-rings to the OEM tow hooks?

front hitches do not come with tow hooks unless u buy them like that..ud have a hitch w a tow hook on it...also u can weld them on ur frame

ive never done this...im waiting for the oem hooks lol

Oh alright, the only ones I've looked at were the curt and draw tight and they both come with them. Ill have to find one without them. But I still want to try to find a way to mound them without having to buy the hitch first, I'll have to crawl under there tomorrow and see what I could mount them too.

When I was installing the 6400 shackles it was getting in the way, so to make it easier I took it off.
