It is not difficult to understand.
Plates are to be lit so people can identify a vehicle in case of an accident or a crime.

I got pulled over about a year ago for the same reason. Cop gave me a warning and started staring at my truck asking about the color. At night my truck looks either gray or silver depending on the light. Went to Walmart and got the lights replaced them and one of the hOlders broke. I think it was like 20 buck for the holders at ford.

I've probably got a box of those bulbs in the garage...
I should have led plug-ins for them too, seems like it's a 168 or 194 t10 base bulb.

Any auto parts store or WallyWorld will have the bulbs for about $3.00 a pair.

Good led's should run about $6.00 a pair shipped... I'm biased to led's, they'll last a lot longer & give cleaner, non-yellowish looking light.

No, the bulb WILL come out. I thought the same thing, but all I had to do was grip the bulb really tight and yank it out. My bulbs were stuck in pretty good, but at least from my knowledge, it WILL come out.

Dont get blue tag lights. I just got pulled over the other day for having them, But like everyone else says, its really just a reason to pull you over in hopes of finding something else.
