Default how in hell do i pull this off?

hey guys i found this pic of a ranger on the forums and fell in love with it. i was wondering if someone knows what to do or how to do this.

i was also wondering if this would work on top of the surface texture like line'x, i was planning on line'xing the bottom quarter where the camo is so it has a rougher and tougher feel and i was wondering if i can do both.

any help works, thanks...

People who usually do that have it wrapped (Vinyl). And vinyl wont stick to any kind of rhino lining or herculining very good.

Should be a simple Vinyl sheet, we have it by the foot at my local TSC or outdoor shop. to put it on clean the surface real good with degreaser and stick it on. Not sure how well it would work overlaying line-x though.

i always wondered if they had some sort of clear coat bedliner. so then you could paint ur truck with it, and yet it would still be white or whatever color you want or have, and still have a good ruff texture.
