Default 1990 Door Alignment

The driver door on this old truck is very lose when closed. Rattles something aweful. The rubber is good, looks almost new even... It seems the only way to make it seal is to somehow pull it closer to the cab, but then the door will be sucked way in from the exterior and it just doesnt seem right.

Is there a way to adjust anything else on the door fit?

On a related note, the most irritating thing about this truck is the tab that keeps the door half open is broken off the hinge. Anything to look out for when replacing a door hinge? Besides falling doors...

Maybe I should just grab a whole door/hinge to nip this in the bud?
