mud flaps
hey guys i have 99 ranger and i wanna take the mud flaps off but it like they are made in the flare. well they are bolted to the flare and when you take em off you can see a part of the fender looks like crap do they make anything you can put in place of the mud flap? thanks

i just took mine off today and i think you should just cut off a piece of the mud flap and use that
but yes we def need pics

i have a 98 xlt steppie w/o the mudflaps the only problemwith it i have is i keep getting mud and stuff behind the tail lights. just have to clean them out every month or so.

sounds like you've got the same factory mudflaps that i do. personally i'd just leave 'em, unless one is broken. they seem pretty durable.

There are just a few small bolts on each flap that you need to take out if you want them off. If you do decide to take them off, I'd be interested in buying them off you.
