Any one know if the 94 xlt 4x4 came with them?

What exactly is the Carolina package?
I'm sure you could just get the vinyl decals and put them on if you were so inclined. Dealerships put so many different things on vehicles they would get in that it's hard to say if they came with a certain thing or not, especially when it comes to the vinyl graphics.

I'm guessing it was a dealer option 'cause I think the splash is the only decal option from the factory.... do you have pics 'cause I'm curious to see what it looks like??

They aren't factory, it's a dealer thing. Dealer "packages" used to be big in the 80's. A local (Now Defunct) Mazda dealer here in my town packaged some of their B-Series trucks "Sullivan Sports". A member on here actually has one of these trucks with the decals. There is nothing different about these vehicles except the stupid decals.
