i would have to agree. but personally i like the third picture you put up there. if i were you, i'd look at hood scoop styles smilar to the subaru impreza. i know its a car, but the way that hood scoop flows is unreal. your opinion is the only one that matters man

Hood scoops that stick on with 3M tape are a NO GO! If you want a hood scoop then buy an aftermarket hood with them built in.

Focus on something other than the hood. Pin striping is for hot rods. What are your intentions with the whole truck? Lift, lower, complete paint job?

Hood scoops are a no go IMO. Only truck that looks good with a scoop is the 05+ Tacomas.

If you want something, try vents like that off a ford raptor, except those only usually look good on hardcore prerunners

Quite and extreme example.. but you can get much more mild louver inserts that can be glassed into your hood... but again.. more a prerunner look.
