Its supposed to be the highbeam, thats why people here have halogen high and HID low.Looks gay but its an easy install i guess.
Another option is to ground the park brake switch and pull the park brake bulb from the cluster but i dont really want to go all red green on my truck so when the dealer said thats how its done it sounded good to me.

I knew there was a third but i couldn't think of it. I do not recommend that because that light is also what indicates low brake fluid. Not something you want to find out about after its gone.

None the less, whether it is low or high beam DRL, the fix and what you have to do is the same. What you have now, you can't use.

I personally don't like bixenon. Some people (including myself) sell a kit that has a HID lo beam and a halogen hi beam which is more useful that bixenon IMO

35w is plenty bright, but you can get 55w if you would like

And most people will get either 5 or 6k for the color

But these are all personal choices. These are going on YOUR truck, so you are the one that has to deal with them all the time. Get whatever you would like best, not other people

They are in and work perfectly,Bixenon requires a harness to work you can't just plug the ballast to the stock wireing but as soon as they installed the harness it works perfectly.DRL,low beam and high beam.Only 2 problems were encountered,Still the wrong color, these are 8000k and one of the ballasts was no good but its all OK now.
