Pulling front fender -Any Major Differences between a 94 and 02 Front fender?
Are there any major differences?
A guy over on Dezert Rangers actually easily, cleanily, and succesfully pulled his front fenders, like many do to their rear bedsides. It involves no cutting or welding, just some patient prying and a small spacer for one bolt- according to his directions, aswell as dealing with the gap between the outside of fender and fenderwell edge. Either way I am highly interested in doing this to my truck. He was able to get about 1.5" out and it looks sweet for his mild DD prerunner. I think this is a highly effective and virtually free way of getting that wide look and a little bit of tire clearence without going to oversized fiberglass fenders that never get painted lol.
Scroll down a little and you can see what he did.

I may try applying some light heat just to possibly let the paint flex a little more to protect from cracking. I am going to try for 2 inches out - but of course I will find out when I go for it. I will definately take my time!
