Krylon makes a good paint for the grills, called Fusion. just clean the grill very thoroughly, buff up the surface so it stick better, and apply a few coats.

On your grill, is the plastic textured, or smooth? If it's textured, you could pick up a painted grill from the JY or Certifit, and paint that one.

dupli-color adhesion promoter, make sure to use that!
(exepct if you are using krylon fusion)

Also, this is very ghetto, but to color match my grill, here is what I did-
Bought a 10 dollar spray gun at HF
Already had a 3 gallon compressor
Went to Sherwin williams and got an enamel, color matched (no mettalic)
Primed, sprayed, buffed.

It worked out just fine, I have moved on to urethane bc/cc for now though.

I used Krylon Fusion on my tonneau. Love the stuff.
