my d2s are a tight fit, no way there's 11mm between the lens and the housing. and the shroud is almost touching.

x2 Just go for it!

Don't just 'settle' for something if you don't really want it!

I had a pair of FX-R 3.0 bi-xenon projectors installed into mine...go big or go home!

My mini D2s lights only had like a hairs width of space between the projector and housing lens. My FX-R's are the same but I had to hack the housings on mine for that. You can make anything fit with the right amount of work. Unfortunatly the housings can't fit any projectors larger than the FX projectors.

As far as the DRLs no I did not come with DRLs. There are ways to correct the problem to make the HIDs work with the drl circuit. TRS can help you out. Also check out HIDplanet.com
