Sweet, I'll probably see if I can switch them around lol. Ah but then again it would look so different. What about other HID bulbs. I found some 8000k and was wondering if they can work on the DDM's 55watt ballast?

I mean I don't see why not. A bulb is a bulb, they get there color and brightness from the ballast. Just want to make sure though.

Any HID bulb will work with any ballast.
The bulb decides the color while the ballast supplies the power. The power of the ballast will differ the color of the bulb

Sweet! Just as I thought. Thanks man! But still I need to contact DDM because they sent me different color bulbs and none of them match. Might as well just get 6000k for my 55watt kit and a 5000k for my 35 watt kit. Make it look really bright with a small hue of blue . But there 6000k in my fogs look like a 10000k on my camera and kind of in person (when your looking at it from the inside of the truck). So I'm going to change it hopefully this week.

In all honesty, DDMs colors don't change much once you go past 6k. They all look ilke 6 or 8k

So would a 55w 6k for the heads match up with a 35w kit with 5k bulbs?

Ehhh, kinda. Yes and no
For the best match, go with a 55w 8k for heads, and 35w 6k for fogs

DDM is going out of the HID business. Good riddance.
