Default fender flair holes :(

i wasa thinking of removing the fender flairs on my truck since i think they look kinda lame, but what are all of you doing with the holes? just leaving them or what? i think the cost effectiveness of filling in the holes is not worth it, seeing as it would probably coast thousands of bucks at a shop...

shops will cost allot. but i have done it on a frends truck. i used a little 140 welder and a brass welding spoon. its simple to do if you have a welder and supplies to paint.

oh gotcha, ill take a pic in just a minute.

well i got one side off so far, and damn i dont care about the holes, it looks 100% better without the flairs on it, i think for now ill put some tape behind the holes so it doesnt try and whistle or anything when im going down the road.

----------

why dont you live closer to me!? damn my luck. ill have to search around and find someone who can do it, cause no way in hell those things are going back on.

look around on the forum for people in your area maybee meet up and do. i would but it would cost more in gas than it would if you took it to a shop.

see all those holes clint?

but i still think it looks killer with the mud flaps and fender flairs off. now i just gotta get the body lift on, crank the t-bars, new tires and wheels, oh and clean it up.

Ben, what about black plastic pins? Similar to the interior ones? You could put them in there black or get touch up paint to match, paint them and put them in. They sell bags of the pins at local auto parts stores

hey clint, i was just at the auto parts store and saw the black ones, i think it would be kinda cheesy looking, but beef may be right... we will see, and i might just pay someone to do it right, if i dont have to put the flairs back on for the 33s
