Ya I had the same tilt on my 05 before I built my rear bumper I just never took the time to adjust it

Regardless, there are 2 bolts on each side of the bumper brackets, maybe more on the newer models. Check the bolts going to the frame, if they are on correctly check the bolts attaching the bracket to the bumper

We see it in all makes and models when we do a bumper replacement here at the shop. It sometimes is because of being bumped or pulled, but a lot of the time it is just not adjusted properly. You should have no problem adjusting it if you just loosen the brackets slightly, pull the tilt out, then tighten it all back up. Sometimes you have to shim the bracket at the frame with a washer or two.

Now we are getting some where on this issue, That was my next question..if it is adjustable but you have answered that. Thanks for your input

No biggy, it just validates what needs to be done so Dewking can take care of it

on mine there is no adjustment on "bracket to frame"
