moral of the story is don't draw more attention to yourself than needed lol.

one of my coworkers has an srt4 with 25% which wouldn't even be noticable but he straight piped it haha(not to mention its pushing 500hp now and throws flames if he bumps the boost up). needless to say he gets pulled over A LOT and half the time they test his windows and cite him for that too

This site will help you out

http://www.tintlaws.com/

----------

Some states allow trucks to go darker on windows past the two front windows Like in VA driver and passenger in a truck can be 35 but back windows can be as dark as I want but I have to have both my front mirrors.

I swear this thread jinxed me haha. Got pulled over today for having my foglights on(apparently oregon law had changed) and the officer checked my windows lol. Luckily he got a more important call and split without even giving me a warning

I've been running 2.5% onn my single cab for 5 years. Rear and side windows pretty much blacked out. I live in mississippi and I've never been pulled over for it. I do roll my drivers window completely down when dealing with cops so they don't notice it too much. Got one ticket for tint after being pulled over by hway patrol for something unrelated to the tint. City pd and sherrifs never care though.
