Hey buddy even with a suspension lift you still have the same clearance it's all about getting bigger tires to fit and thats what a body lift does. And the bumper brackets are included in almost every one..

The hose filler extension was an extra one that was in the kit, it was the same size as the one I used on my truck

Bama... Even with a suspension lift your rear is right where it was befor you spent the 1500$ I don't know bout you but the only time I get stuck is when I hit a rut my 31s are to small for.

I used 4" garden edging. it came in a 20' roll. I think the local hardware store basically gave it to me at cost because judging by the dust on it, it was there for quite awhile

Mine on the back is a old OEM Ford ranger bed mat and the front stuff you put on steps to not slip.
