Headlight options for a 99 B series
I have a set of DDM HID's on the way and I would love to snag a nicer set of clear headlights to really set them off. What are my options if any?

Re: Headlight options for a 99 B series
Are they the same as a Ranger? These places don't list the B series with their Mazda choices. Scroll to the bottom for your year. Notice there is a 2nd page for both. The 2nd link if you click on an image has more stuff that comes with it..explaining why they aren't cheap. The top link does show the B series for taillights though and they look pretty good and aren't too expensive.

Re: Headlight options for a 99 B series
If they are the same kind of lights thats are in the ranger. I would go on Ebay and search for headlights. They will be much cheaper then the lights on the above links. I just bought a new set of projector headlights for 75 buxs. And i am going to use my HIDs in them and in the projectors.

Ive got no problem with Ebay lights, I just want to make sure the mounting brackets are the same, and other shit like that.

Re: Headlight options for a 99 B series
iirc, they aren't the same shape as the rangers. might be very limited on selection.

Re: Headlight options for a 99 B series
I'm guessing they are the same which explains why neither of those places post them for the Mazda's. At eBay you have the option to ask a seller a question before you buy.

Re: Headlight options for a 99 B series
I wouldn't mind the clear Mazda lights. What about putting a Ford grill on too? Are the fenders the same?
----------
Here's mine again for a side by side look.
This looks like it would fit.
Same here too, but I would remove that piece below the headlights and grill.

Re: Headlight options for a 99 B series
that 99 ranger looks the same but 1 of the 4 mounting tabs are in the wrong place.. and will not work.... now later Mazda B series have clear lenses... 2005 n up I think? been on the hunt for a set myself, let my know what you find Rich.... as far as grills, still need a header panel, and bumper as ranger dip in th middle..
2005 Mazda
these will not fit, dont line up with hood
same light but mounting tabs are differenttabs

Re: Headlight options for a 99 B series
I know a guy with an 01 or 02 B4000 4x4. He has the newer grill, and clear headlights. They look like shit (need a wet sand) but they are there. Its a 5 speed too. I want it.
