Default light help!

iam tryin to put lights on my light bar and i go tthem mounted but when i looked at the wiring harness that it came with and i cant understand it. dose any body have any ideas an easy way to run wires to the lights?

yea they came with instrustions but its for the lights to be in the front of the truck but now there in the rear so iam lost and the brand is westin

Shouldn't be much different. The only problem you'd have is running the power source. At worst you're just gonna have to make some extension harnesses.

so the i will just have to do extensions? and wheres a good spot to mount the ground oh also it says i have to put a wire to my parking lamp do i really need to abnd also do i need the relay

If your wiring harness isn't long enough to reach your main power source, then yes you'll need extensions. Ground will need to be metal, i'm not specifically sure where, maybe the bar itself? The wire in your parking lamp probably allows for the lights to come on when the park lights are on. If the kit didn't come with a switch, this may be how they want you to turn them on. If it did come with a switch, it's an auxiliary type thing. And yes, the relay is recommended in case something goes wrong.

damn i ama need help with this maybe i can get some help up at the meet cause iam lost!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure we can help. I'm not an aftermarket wiring guy, I'm only good at wiring in factory options, but we can yet ya goin.

lol i had to ask the little sis to lay it all out for me cause it so damn confusin. is that bad i can read blue prints how to fab somethin up so they could be welded but not a light diagram

Sometimes wiring diagrams can be confusing if they aren't layed out right. It took me awhile to figure out how to decipher the ones in the Chilton's and Hayne's manuals.

most of the time there not to bad. u just gotta really have no distractions and sit and look at them
