Im looking for some replacement fog lights for my '97, are there any aftermarkets that will work or do I need to get the stock ones?

You can do aftermarkets, you may have to cut the lower valance out to make them fit but you can do either after market or stock. Just measure them up to make sure they will fit.

Many years ago one of my OEM lenses fell off while I was doing 55.... the stealership wanted about $80 per light (didn't sell just the lens) so I just installed some inexpensive aftermarket lights from wal mart.
Only about $15 each, I had to make a few mods to the OEM brackets & to the bumper mounts for the lights (nothing major, just some grinding & drilling) also had to trim about 1/4" off the back side of the valance opening for the new lights to fit in.

I've still got the same lights on there today & they work just fine...although I recently swapped the stock H3 bulbs with new yellow H3 bulbs.

Thanks a lot man the pics really helped. And I had the same problem with how mug the dealership wanted, both of mine had the glass broken out of them from rocks
