I have a question recently my 09 Ranger is making a creeking sound when the truck is rocked sided to side in the rear end. I think the trouble could be the leaf springs or the shocks I was wondering if a dry graphite spray or WD 40 might fix this noise. Also my second question is the very bottom of my lef sprinds do not line up with the rest is this a common thing or do i need new leaf springs?
wd40 is a cleaner not a lubricant, use lithium grease in aerosol can (chain lube)
does the leafs have the keepers still on them? as seen in example below?
