Default switching out badges

I'm going to a junkyard the day after christmas. I'm looking for some 08+ ranger badges among other things.

What do I need to take with me to get a badge off? I guess what I'm asking is how do you remove a badge and then how do you add it?

06+ will work. Take a bottle of goo gone, fishing line and something to pry with. Work slow or you will F them up.

To put them on your truck just make sure you get all the old adhesive off then apply 3M tape to them and line them up good and your done. You will need to remove the alignment pins on the new emblems cuz they don't match up to our older trucks.

the pins should match, if not chop the pins. I use a putty knife to remove them. Reinstall them using 3M double sided tape, make sure you use extreme goo gone to remove the old adhesive then use windex or alcohol to clean the area. I put the double sided tape on the emblem first, trim it then peel off the paper and apply, holding some pressure on for a few seconds to make sure it bonds well.

Pins will match. They fit right on my 02. Then like they said above use some 3m double sided tape from target and it will work

i am wanting to get ranger badges for my truck. i put a ford emblem on the front but i still have my b2300 badge on there. and when i took off the mazda sticker on the tailgate i had to use a mixture of googone and wet sanding to get it off now there is a large rectangle where the paint is almost white.
