Default hid kits

okay been farting around on ddm website and was wondering if its really legit, i mean 35 bucks for two hid 35w 8000k bulbs seems a bit sketch, does anyone have pics of their lights from ddm if theyve got some and how much did ya pay and how happy are you?
also is the extra 15 bucks to add so that i could still have high beams, is it worth it?

I have been recommend DDM by quite a few people. They are pretty nice. I was planning on getting them in the near future.

It's $35 for the kit, not the bulbs, don't get them confused. You need the kit. It's not sketchy at all, you're buying the more expensive DDM slim kits, their other kit is $25.

DDM is probably the most popular aftermarket HID kit seller due to their low prices. If you look at their forum they very very very rarely get complaints regarding quality issues, there was a while they were getting bashed hard for slow shipping times though.

IMHO yes I would get the high beams just so you can flash if necessary.

^^ Read what I wrote regarding bulbs versus kits. You're going to either A) confuse yourself or B) confuse others.

So it's 35 for the kit for both headlamps? Then how much are the bulbs? And I was thinking the same thing cause I tend to use my high beams alot anyways well flash them

The kit comes with the bulbs. You only buy bulbs by themselves if you already have a HID system and are replacing just the bulbs.

They are not hard to install. It's a simple plug and play situation. All you do is place the new bulbs in the head lamp, connect the bulbs to the ballasts and connect the new bulb socket into the the headlight stock socket and turn them on. If they do not light up, just switch around the connection from the ballast since it has a reverse polarity and your good to go. If you have never done it, which I believe you haven't, then it should take roughly 30-35 minutes. I can do it less than 10 .

That "not" at the end means you know what a ballast is?
