Exclamation trimming fenders help

i need to take about 3" off my front fenders. ill mark it out then cut it, but what would you guys reccommend using to cut a nice curved line? i also need to trim some off my rear fenders on my bed which is fiberglass, how should i do that?
2001 XLT 4x4 V6 4.0L auto
SAS'd D44 and 8.8. dual lockers, 38s, 12 bolt h1's, some other odds and ends

I guess if you would want to cut your fenders you could buy some at sorta fit so if you fuck up it wont be much of a loss. I'd use a cutting wheel and finish up with a dremel tool. May have to repaint them as the bare metal will rust. As for fiberglass, as soon as you hack into it its gonna be all over the place. May end up making it splinter but you can fix all that with some fiberglass cloth and some activator. After that you could gel coat it or use dolphine glaze and feather it out. Then repaint those sections.
