Default Removing paint

I ran through some green paint that someone had spilled in the road and did not notice it until later. How do I get dried paint off without damaging the trucks paint? It is a black Ranger.

That is what I am afraid of. It is only small splatters so it isnt too noticeable unless you get really close or in the right sun.
