need some advice before i paint everything

I'm going to paint the fenders, grill, nerf bars, and both bumpers. My truck is black, and I'm going to use the krylon fusion satin black on plastic, and the duplicolor spray on bedliner for bumpers and nerf bars.
My question is do I spray the bumpers with the krylon after the duplicolor? Or leave them alone with just the bedliner coating? Same with the nerf bars?

If you are doing the bedliner coating I dont feel there is a need to paint over that. the bedliners coat should be fine on its own. If it somehow comes out faded, coat a junk piece of metal with the liner then paint it to see if its something you like.

I painted the fenders, the grill, and door handles!! 3 coats of krylon fusion satin black on grill and handles, 1 coat adhesion promoter and 3 coats on fenders.

busted 2 of the 4 clips and ruined all the plastic plugs getting the first one off, so decided to mask the others. let me know what you think!!

also, I plan on doing both bumpers next weekend with the duplicolor bedliner spray!!
