Default 2008 Fog Lights

Hi Folks,
I'm new to this forum, and new to my Ranger. I recently scored a '08 Ranger that had been in a front end wreak. The damage was a glancing blow at the drivers front, they relaced the front L fender, bumper, grill, and windsheild. (didn't engage the air bags) Everything seems to be good except for the missing fog lights, the wireing harness is there and the switch is part of the head light switch (push/pull).

The stock fogs aren't the best, is there a recomended upgrade that works with the stock wireing?

Thanks for any input.

I HIGHLY recommend upgrading all the lights to HIDs... you replace bulbs and do some simple wiring and the light output is 1,000 times better... I got mine at DDM Tuning

Here's a thread with some pics

Thinking of doing this myself. What does the wiring have to do with?
Are we talking every thing between relay and lights or what?

I'm a girl with no experience beyond changing my oil and this was pretty simple. The kit comes with ballasts and bulbs and you pretty much just plug and play with the exception of mounting the ballasts. The fog lights were a little more difficult because rather than a plug there were two prongs to insert into the female plug on the truck and they didn't cooperate. I ended up using spade connectors here. I've heard mixed reports on whether or not a relay kit is necessary. I have one and that was the most difficult part of the install.
