I've got some 55W Rectangle cheapies for now, where should I place them AND WHY?

and if your truck has the license plate frame like the one in the pic I say ditch that.

As for the license plate, I have to have it there. It's the law. I'm not all about getting tickets by taking off the front. Any Idea's how to make it look better though? Mine does look like that.

That sucks about the front plate but O well. IMO I only like the fogs in the grill when they are hidden behind the grill. So basically when they are off you cant see them. If your grill looks like the one in the pic i just think it might look funny/out of place seeing them just floating in there. The bottom valance just looks like it was meant for fogs and they should be closer to the road anyway. Thats just me do what you like!

EDIT: Also mounting in the lower position will be alot easier than trying to rig something up in the grill

i think red is better just cus it might light the road up more in front of u instead of right in front at the ground. personal opinion, but i say R3D

I had a 2000 and placed my driving lights on either side of the license plate. If I recall correctly, I drilled holes on the bottom of the bumper and mounted the lights "upside down." I just switched the lenses so they would be right side up.

Thanks everyone. I did indeed end up going with green. Though I don't have a direct front shot of them (kinda slipped my mind) You can see that they are installed in this picture.


They are not yet wired or aimed as I am waiting for my relay's and mini switches to come in. I'll post some pics of them when they shine in their 200W of glory! (I know that in my original post I said they were 55w, but I picked up 2 new 100W bulbs and am running some heavy 10ga wire)
