Default Removing Trim Pieces On Cab Corners
Does anyone know how to remove these trim pieces on the cab corner? Mine are fading pretty bad and I would like to remove them and paint them.

I believe they pop out. If you use a flat blade screw driver. Stick it in the gap and gently pry it out.

Dont take my word on it though.

Bumping an old thread here.


I noticed my trim is bowing out on the drivers side. Now I have a water leak there. I'm sure it's not the third brake light. Anyone had to seal one of these areas before? Did the OP find out how to remove the outside trim piece??

I'd appreciate that man. I've looked into the third brake light and I don't think it's leaking there, but I plan on having another look this weekend. It seems to be that cab corner, underneath that trim piece. At any rate the trim piece is bowed out, so it needs to be looked at/fixed.

Pull the interior trim pieces, they're held in with 2 bolts and adhesive

The outside pieces are? On a regular cab? I can see under the outside trim pieces, because it's bowed out, and it doesn't appear there are any bolts??
