You can actually remove the light without removing the torx bolt but makes it easier to just loosen them up some

yeah the HIDs are way brighter then stock bulbs, they shine through no problem

haha yeah, I havent had any trouble with my tails being blacked out and they've been like that for awhile so I'm not really worried about it

I have the heads that are factory smoked, running hids also.

I run these during the summer when its almost never dark but am forced to my factory modded heads in the winter. I wouldnt consider driving at night at all without the hid fogs though. But I guess if you live in a city it may not be as bad.

Or you can get a cover like I have.

That way you can remove them at night, thought I hope to get hids as well, to solve that problem.

I think I paid like 100 bucks for my covers, and theres no worry about it scraping off
